We just rented our first unit to store our rv under cover, Jenna is the most kind and amazing associate we had the pleasure of meeting. She had us all set up in a very short amount of time. Excellent customer service and very sweet lady. She made our experience effortless. Well worth it at columbia city storage.

This place hit all the marks for me! Customer service was prompt and welcoming, units were clean & easy to get to and understanding ... This place hit all the marks for me! Customer service was prompt and welcoming, units were clean & easy to get to and understanding the map to locate the unit, price was reasonable and included a 3 month promo that helped keep costs down compared to other storage options nearby. Overall I am pleased with the service I recieved and overall value met my needs!!!!

Very kind employees and a clean facility. Im not completely sure of the gate rules yet. The way it's worded it seems ... Very kind employees and a clean facility. The way it's worded it seems if you aren't out before they lock down you will be locked in all night but I can't believe that is correct so I need to verify but I do think they need to have later gate hours. 9pm just isnt late enough for access to my things especially when moving after regular work hours or after the heat. Gate should be 6-10:30 or 11. That would logically work better for most, at least in the summer months for sure. Can't say enough good things about this place at this time. Update. We had a leak in the roof somewhere and they were quick to get it looked at and fixed no damage of any costly amount. Another time my opener quit working and I wasn't able to close or lock my unit. They game me a lock to out on it and had someone out to fix it quickly. Do even tho I've had issues they have always had my back and was quick to fix for me. I like renting from here and dobt plan on moving to any other locations. They have more than proved themselves to me.

She sent photos that showed the issue was being addressed while I was abroad, and answered my questions and general messages whenever I wanted to check in.
